What is DAAUFAS?
DAAUFAS is an application that helps Amazon sellers read orders, generate documents, save them locally, and upload them to Amazon Seller Central.
What documents does DAAUFAS support?
Depending on the features enabled, DAAUFAS may support the following documents:
- Invoice.
- Tax Invoice.
- Credit Note.
- Tax Credit Note.
Where are invoices saved?
Invoices and documents generated by the application are saved locally on the customer's device in the folder selected by the customer.
Does DAAUFAS store PDF files on its server?
No. The current system is designed not to store Amazon invoice PDF files on DAAUFAS servers.
Does DAAUFAS store my Amazon password?
DAAUFAS is not designed to store your Amazon password or OTP. Sign-in is performed directly within Amazon's pages.
Can I use DAAUFAS for more than one store?
Yes. One customer account may contain multiple stores, and each store has its own subscription.
Does each store need a plan?
Yes. Each store has a separate plan.
What happens if I use all available documents?
If the document allowance for the current cycle is consumed, operational features for that store stop until the store is upgraded or a new cycle begins, depending on the situation.
Does Review count against my plan?
No. Review does not count as a document.
When is a document counted?
A document is counted when an actual document is generated and saved or uploaded according to the plan rules.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You may cancel renewal. Cancellation does not stop the current paid cycle immediately; the plan remains available until the cycle or document allowance ends.
Can I get a refund for my plan?
No. All payments are non-refundable after the plan is activated or the document allowance is made available for use. DAAUFAS provides a limited Support Plan at no charge so you can try the service before purchasing a paid plan.
Can I change my device?
Yes, subject to the device-change limits associated with the plan. Confirmation or internal review may be required if the limit is exceeded.
Can I transfer a store to another account?
Yes. Store and subscription transfer may be supported through defined confirmation steps. Local PDF files are not transferred.
Does DAAUFAS guarantee that the invoice is legally correct?
DAAUFAS helps generate documents based on user data and order data, but the user is responsible for ensuring data accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. A legal or tax professional should be consulted when needed.
Can I issue a Tax Invoice without a TRN?
A Tax Invoice should not be used unless the TRN and tax registration status are correct and confirmed.
Can I issue a normal Invoice if I am not VAT registered?
Yes. If you are not VAT registered or do not have a valid TRN, a normal Invoice is used instead of a Tax Invoice.
Can I issue a Credit Note?
DAAUFAS may support issuing Credit Notes depending on the features available and enabled for your account. Credit Note data should be reviewed before use or upload.
Can I issue a Tax Credit Note?
DAAUFAS may support issuing Tax Credit Notes depending on the features available and enabled for your account. It should be used only when the original invoice was a Tax Invoice and the TRN and tax data are correct.
Does DAAUFAS support Arabic and English?
Yes. The goal is to support Arabic and English across the website, application, and documents.
Can I edit company details?
Yes. Company details and invoice settings can be edited, but confirmation may be required because these details affect generated documents.
Can I delete a store?
Permanent deletion is not preferred. Deactivate Store is the recommended option so that technical records, subscriptions, and support history remain preserved.
Should I review the document before uploading it?
Yes. You should review the document before uploading it to Amazon, especially if it contains tax data, company data, or a Credit Note.
What happens if an order already has a document?
If DAAUFAS detects an existing document or a Manage Invoices state, it will not upload a new document over the existing one without review.
